Orion Burdette is over the Missions Ministry.

We have a very active Missions Ministry.  Our vision is to expand and reach more areas of the world.  Our desire is to fulfill:

Matthew 28:19 & 20

"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I Have commanded you: and, lo I am with you always, Even unto the end of the world." 

 Missions

At present, we are helping support fourteen Missionaries and one National Missionary.  This covers almost every corner of the world.

Some of our other Mission projects include both foreign and local missions, such as:

• Coffee House Ministry
• Feeding the Hungry
• Supporting needy children
• Mission 21 (planting churches in the USA)

We also took a group of men to Mississippi when Katrina hit, to work with Disaster Relief USA.  We stand ready to go again when the need arises.

For the past nine years a group from our church has joined the Upper SC Conference in going to different countries in Latin America and the Carribean.  This mission team builds churches, provides medical help, and does evangelism work.
